Amethyst is a protective stone that helps to relieve stress and anxiety, and the symptoms that accompany it, such as headaches, fatigues, and anxiety. It also aids in cell regeneration (supporting your bones and joints) and is reputed to improve your skin.

Rose quartz is known for its soothing and calming properties, making it an ideal material for sensitive skin. It can help reduce redness and inflammation, release tension and promote lymphatic drainage.

Vita Wand usage:
- Start with a clean face and prep your skin with a facial oil or hydrating facial moisturizer
- Use a facial reflexology chart or guide to identify the specific reflexology points on your face. These points correspond to different organs and systems in the body
- Use the wand to apply firm but gentle pressure to the reflexology points on your face
- Focus on problem areas: If you have specific areas of concern, such as tension in your jaw or sinuses, spend more time on these areas and apply additional pressure.

Gua Sha usage:
- Start with a clean face and prep your skin with a facial oil or hydrating facial moisturizer
- Keep the tool flat against the skin and start from the neck down to the collarbone to open up lymphatic nodes
- Place the curved edge on the chin and glide along the jawline till the ear. Repeat 4 to 5 times or more
- Move to the cheeks and forehead and gently glide upwards and outwards
- Use light pressure for the under-eye area to reduce eye bags and dark circles

Wash with water or facial cleanser/soap after each use. Put it back in the original box or the pouch to keep it clean.
