If you have any concerns with your order or would like to initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@grain-buds.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping fees. After 15 days, all orders are considered final sale.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may purchase a return label through your preferred carrier. If you would like us to provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that Grain Buds is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
