Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, as these charges have already been paid to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Grain Buds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are unable to locate a package marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
